Project Description

Parker Dann secured planning consent for the demolition of an existing dwelling in the foothills of the Long Man of Wilmington in the South Downs National Park with a replacement dwelling of far superior design. Working closely with Bath based Architects Simon Morray-Jones who prepared the plans, the proposal required sensitive negotiations with Senior Planning and Design Officers at the South Downs National Park Authority in order to achieve a successful result. Parker Dann has subsequently been instructed to submit planning applications for a variety of other ancillary works at the site including a ground source heat system all of which have now been approved.
